How we communicate

Async by default. One call a month.

Most clients don't want another agency call to sit through. We default to async — Looms, Slack, dashboard updates. You see the work, you see the numbers, you don't have to attend a 60-minute "alignment" meeting every Friday.

If you want more contact, we'll add it. Standard tier includes a bi-weekly 30-min check-in. Operator tier includes a weekly 30-min call with the founders. But the default is: you read the recap, you check the dashboard, the work happens.

One quarterly review call — 45 minutes — is included in every tier. That's where we re-audit, plan the next quarter, and decide what to ship next.

Before you book a call

Things people ask first.

Can I start without an audit?
No. Every retainer starts with the audit, built into the first 7 days at no extra charge. We've never been able to do good work without that diagnostic — and it protects you from us shipping the wrong thing.
How long is the contract?
Month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We don't lock clients in. If we're not earning the fee, we'd rather you stop paying us than feel trapped.
Can I keep my current agency?
Sometimes. We can run the funnel-side fixes (no-show, booking flow, AI receptionist) while they run paid media — but the audit will give you an honest assessment of whether to fire them.
Who actually does the work?
Our small operating team. The founders touch every audit personally. The senior operators run retainers. No junior account managers handing you to other juniors.
What's the typical 90-day result?
For a practice with a working funnel and reasonable ad spend, we'd expect 20–40% improvement on at least one core KPI by day 60 (cost per intake, no-show rate, or booking-form conversion). Specific to your situation, we'll model it on the fit call.
